TRAILRUN + YOGASTRETCH 

simple recipe : run in the forest. stretch under the sun. 

To balance out the citylife with the closed indoors, one of the basic getout program is simply running outside. We are lucky to have as many parks and green areas like we do in Budapest, so let’s use them.

The sample menu here  is: 30 min running, 30 min stretching, 15 min relaxation.  Intensity and exact content is  flexible and personal, so it is much more of a tailor made workout instead of a stritch schedule.

My favourite locations are: Margit Island and Kissvábhegy above Moszkva Sqzare.  These casual morning running workouts are held three times a week on one of the two locations.

Timing:  tueasday + thursday + saturday 7-8:15 or 8:30 am.

timing is flexible from my part, this is a suggested schedule, although earlier the better in my opinion.
