Tips to enjoy your Massage to the Most:
1. Start to relax yourself mentally and emotionally an hour before it starts.
2. Do not drink or consume any stimulants, big and heavy meals, or really toxic thing 2-3 hours before you start: energy would be consumed by digestion and detoxification instead of healing and resting.
3. Turn off your phone and any other devices for the time being. You deserve to be immersed inside yourself and body for an hour without being interrupted.
4. Take a Shower at home or at the location before and be conscious about personal hygiene.
5. Be sure to give voice to your wishes and needs, likes and dislikes in order to enjoy the session best tailored for your needs.
6. Drink plenty of fresh and clean water before and after: Massage is a great detoxifyer so help the process with hydraging yourself.
