THE ASHTANGA VINYASA YOGA SERIES IS A DYNAMIC AND CHALLENGING ASANA – WORKOUT SYSTEM.  IT IS OPEN FOR ALL LEVELS, SINCE THERE ARE 6 DIFFERENT SEQUENCES, FROM BEGINNER TO MASTER. GENERALLY, THE FIRST SERIES IS PRACTICED IN LED GROUP SETTINGS, WHERE THE PRIMARY SEQUENCE IS POLISHED THROUGH PRACTICE. 

THIS STYLE OF ASANA ( STRETCHING YOGA POSTURE) PRACTICE IS PERFECT FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO HAVE A SOLID WORKOUT TIED IN TO THEIR STRETCHING SESSION.  WITH REGULAR PRACTICE YOU DEVELOP A SUPER STRONG CORE MUSCLE SET ( SPINAL STRUCTURE STRENGHT AND DEEP AB MUSCLES) AS WELL AS DEEP FLEXIBILITY. IT WORKS THE SHOULDERS AND THE FOREARMS, SO A NICE AND SCULPTED BODY IS AN EXTRA GIFT YOU GIVE YOURSELF BESIDES THE GENERAL BENEFITS OF INWARD FOCUSED YOGA.

What When  Where Why 

WHAT

We practice the Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Sequence, everyone at their own level where they are at with the series. You are encouraged to practice Your Pranayama before, and Your Meditation after the Asana Practice at Your Own Pace.

 

WHEN

Monday Wednesday Friday from 6-8am.  according to the Practicioner Needs and Wishes. Since I am just opening my space up for a small numbered cozy class space, my plan is to have Mysore Ashtanga on weekday early mornings f there is interest and need, we can expand the times and dates.

Where

at Loveyogaia Club, 5 minutes from Moszkva Square. Ask for exact location.  Cozy Homespace, shared with others for Practice.

Cause this Style of Asana Practices builds Strenght + Flexibility, as well as Discipline + Self Responsibility the Quickest and Most Effective. You are the Leader and the Master of Your Life, as Well as your Practice. The Original Intention of Yoga ( Self Awareness and Self Knowledge) is kept more Pristine and Clear here than with other types of practices.

 

Your Personal Practice

Healing Happens when you focus your own energy and attention inside ourself. This is an intime, silent and deep practice. The only outside stimulus is the gentle hands on adjustment of your teacher and the rythmic breath of your and your fellow practicioners.
